Get out of your head and onto the page

You know journaling will help you be more connected to yourself. But where do you start? What do you write about? And how on earth do you find the time to add writing into your schedule?

I believe that journalling only 10 minutes a day will help you feel more balanced and creative. Even if it feels like you have nothing to say, or to write about. And yes, even if you don't feel inspired.

I'm here to help you make journaling part of your routine with tips, tricks, prompts and just a lot of inspiration. And don't worry, your pages don't have to be pretty, you're the only one who's going to see them.

It's time to get out of your head and experience more clarity, peace and balance.

Write every day

Create a daily writing and journaling habit to feel more balanced and at peace. Discover the joy in writing and me-time.

Connect with yourself

Unlock layers you didn't know you had, and deal with old feelings you're holding on to. Literally let it go through writing.

Only 10 minutes daily

The benefits of journaling and writing don't have to take long. It only takes 10 minutes a day. So 'I don't have the time' is no excuse.

I wrote my first journal when I was 8. I started it with a classic 'dear diary'. Over the years, I kept writing and used my journal to record my story ideas, poetry and even as a planner. It wasn't until I discovered morning pages back in 2010 that I found what worked for me.

Morning pages and a daily journaling practice have given me a lot. They have been my rock during therapy and helped me through good and bad times. And are the perfect tool to warm up to start all my writing projects.

It's one of the tools I cannot live without anymore. And over the years, I've filled up at least 150 journals.

I'm here to help you do the same and find a journaling practice that helps and supports you and fuels your creative fire.

Are you ready to go on a journey with me?

The magic of creating something that wasn’t there before. To shape something that takes readers away with tools that everyone uses every day.…

You’re never too old to travel

By Stephanie | 14 August 2020

There is a scratch map above my desk. One of those where you scratch off countries you’ve been to. It’s looking very bare. Up until three years ago, the furthest I’ve been from home was Ireland and a city trip to Prague. I hadn’t even been to France or Germany. That changed quickly when I…

How to kick the bad habits as a freelancer

By Stephanie | 14 August 2020

A storm rages outside. Winds knock over trees and rain slashes against the window. I had plans to go outside and work in a cafe, like a proper freelancer. Instead, I decided to stay at home, curled up under my blanket. It’s been almost three weeks since I turned a fulltime freelancer and I noticed…
